Situé à Yongpyeong (région Gangwon-do), Yongpyong Resort désigne une station de ski qui ouvre généralement de la mi-novembre jusque mars. Situé au pied du mont Balwangsan (1,456m), Yongpyong Resort dispose en moyenne de 250cm de neige sur ses pistes ce qui en fait un spot idéal pour le ski. Ouvert en 1975, Il s’agit d’un des tous premiers resort du genre en Corée. Situé à environ 215km de Séoul, il faut compter environ 2h pour faire le trajet entre la capitale et le resort.
